Delivery Policy

1. Physical Hardware & IoT Equipment Shipping

Techseal Solutions delivers industrial IoT gateways (including IIoTCore-Node v1.0), telecom modems, server racks, firewalls, and active/passive networking hardware across all serviceable PIN codes in India and international destinations.

2. Tracking & Dispatch Confirmation

Upon shipment, the client’s designated procurement contact receives an automated dispatch dispatch notification containing the Waybill / Airway Bill (AWB) number, courier partner details (e.g. Blue Dart, Delhivery, Safexpress, or GeM logistics partner), and an online tracking URL.

3. On-Site Installation & Commissioning Delivery

For turnkey Data Center, Structured Cabling, or Telecom tower deployments:

• Delivery includes physical handover, rack mounting, cable dressing, power test, and site acceptance sign-off.
• A certified Techseal field engineer performs end-to-end commissioning and generates an official Site Acceptance Test (SAT) report.

4. Digital Services & Software Delivery

Digital deliverables such as custom software builds, cloud access credentials, API keys, and dashboard setups are handed over securely via encrypted communication channels and direct staging deployments within agreed project timelines.

5. GeM Delivery Compliance

Orders placed on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) are fulfilled strictly in adherence to the delivery period specified in the GeM Contract / Purchase Order, including e-Way Bill generation and online consignee receipt generation (CRAC).
