Payment Methods & Billing Policy
1. Accepted Payment Modes
Techseal Solutions provides flexible and transparent enterprise payment channels:
Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
Recommended for enterprise contracts, hardware purchases, and milestone-based project billings. Account details will be provided on the official Proforma Invoice.
GeM (Government e-Marketplace)
For government departments, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and authorized buyers via standard GeM escrow / PFMS integrated payment rails.
Corporate Debit / Credit Cards
Accepted via secure encrypted online payment links for retainer services, software licenses, and expedited shipments.
UPI & Digital Payments
Supported for instant sample node purchases, pilot kits, and diagnostic service consultancies.
2. Invoicing & GST Compliance
All invoices issued by Techseal Solutions are fully compliant with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws of India. Tax invoices will clearly detail:
- Registered Legal Entity Name: Techseal Solutions
- Valid 15-digit GSTIN, State Code, and Registered Okhla Phase-2 Office Address.
- Accurate HSN codes for hardware equipment (e.g. 8517 / 8471) and SAC codes for IT consultancy, cloud management, and engineering services (e.g. 998313 / 998314).
3. Milestone & Credit Terms
- Hardware Dispatches: 100% payment prior to dispatch, or as structured under agreed corporate purchase orders (PO).
- Turnkey Projects & Custom Software: Standard milestone split (e.g., 30% advance on sign-off, 40% on staging delivery, 30% on User Acceptance Testing & Go-Live).
- Annual Maintenance (AMC): Billed quarterly or annually in advance depending on contract provisions.
4. Security & Anti-Fraud Safeguards
Techseal never requests confidential banking PINs, OTPs, or passwords. All bank account detail modifications must be authenticated via dual-channel verification through our official domain email (@techseal.co.in).
